Return & Refund Policy

Each Song & Pearl piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, often made or customized especially for you. Because of the unique, made to order nature of our jewelry, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please reach out, we’ll be happy to make it right.

Order Issues & Damages

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry, and each piece is carefully inspected prior to shipment.

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at songandpearl@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the item and the issue

Once we review your request, we’ll work with you on the appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

If a return is required, the piece must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned with its original Song & Pearl packaging.

Cancellations & Modifications

Because our pieces are handcrafted and made to order, we’re unable to accept cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Gift cards

If a customized or personalized piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Please allow additional processing time for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
