Return & Refund Policy

At Song & Pearl, each piece of jewelry is thoughtfully handcrafted and customized to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Issues & Damages

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry, carefully inspecting each piece prior to shipment. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us at songandpearl@gmail.com within 3 days of the package delivery date. Please include clear photographs of the defective part when reaching out.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item is unworn, undamaged, unused, and unaltered, in the same condition as received.
  • The item is returned in its original branded packaging and securely placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
  • The item was purchased directly from Song & Pearl and is accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair if the item does not meet these conditions.

Cancellations & Modifications

Given the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our pieces, we are unable to accept cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs.
Please note that we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
