Processing & Shipping Times
At Song & Pearl, we carefully package and ship all orders from the United States. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Made-to-order pieces require additional production time, which will be noted on the product page.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days
International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. Orders are only available for shipping within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If you need further assistance, email us at songandpearl@gmail.com.
Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s) at songandpearl@gmail.com so we can assist you.
Changes & Cancellations
Due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
