Handcrafted & Natural Products

Many of our jewelry pieces are individually handcrafted using natural freshwater pearls and other natural materials. Due to the unique characteristics of natural pearls, slight variations in color, shape, size, luster, surface texture, and other natural characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.

These natural variations contribute to the uniqueness and beauty of every piece. No two pearls or handcrafted jewelry pieces are exactly alike.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Song & Pearl offers bespoke jewelry and custom pearl sourcing services.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving selected pearls, jewelry designs, customization details, or other specifications before production begins.

Images, videos, consultations, and mock-ups provided during the design process are for reference purposes only. Production will begin only after customer approval.

Because customized and personalized items are created specifically for each customer, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Product Photography & Display

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible through photography. Because pearls are natural gemstones and every monitor or mobile device displays colors differently, slight differences in color, luster, texture, and appearance may occur between product images and the final product.

Shipping Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International Orders

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Song & Pearl is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by international governments or shipping providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Song & Pearl shall not be responsible for natural variations in pearls or other natural materials, reasonable differences in color due to photography or display settings, normal wear and tear, or delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.
